How Our Loan Modification Process Works:

I will conduct a no-cost, no-obligation consultation with you over the phone and write down your responses. I will ask you about your current mortgage terms, your current income, your expenses, etc.

The reason is for me to have a clear idea of your present financial hardship.

I will then take your case to our leadership team and ask them if they are willing to accept your case. Do they think the bank will be willing to modify your loan?

They are experts at this. They do not accept the case of everyone that calls.

Out of 100 cases that they do accept, 97 of them have their loan modified. By the way, the other 3 people get 100% of their money returned, no questions asked.

When I get the green light to work on your case, I will schedule a face to face appointment with you to fill out the loan modification paperwork. We can meet in your home, or at our office in Bridgewater, NJ.

I will then submit your paperwork to our team of attorneys. Our attorneys will contact your lender and negotiate on your behalf to get better terms for your existing loan.
