You've just located a highly experienced REALTOR® for the metro Phoenix area! I have been in the Real Estate business since January 1993, and obtained my AZ REAL ESTATE BROKER LICENSE in 1996. The thing that sets me apart from most Real Estate Agents is that I choose to serve my clients EXCLUSIVELY as their DEDICATED REAL ESTATE AGENT, meaning that I will represent only ONE CLIENTS BEST INTEREST throughout the entire Real Estate transaction - never both Buyer and Seller in the same transaction. MY STYLE OF DOING BUSINESS...

I have learned over the years that my personality and style of doing business has been very well received, but I also have learned it may not suit everyone. So to help you decide if I might be the right Realtor for you, I have decided to provide a candid profile of me to let you know what to expect.

Who I am -
Past clients and friends say I am friendly, easy to talk to, and act in a respectful professional manner. I am tactful and assertive, but not aggressive and pushy. I consider myself a very good negotiator, using finesse instead of aggression. I am patient and a very good communicator. I take the time to explain things so that my Buyers can make informed and educated decisions. I take the time to stay in touch throughout the transaction in an effort to minimize the stress levels as the transaction evolves. I also consider myself above average in the many uses that computers offer in the Real Estate world.

Who I am not -
Some people prefer an "A-type personality", aggressive pushy Realtor, and I respect that choice. If that's what you prefer, then chances are I'm not your guy, because that's not me. Quite frankly I would rather you know this about me up front, rather than for either of us to waste valuable time! But if my description above suits you, then please consider me as your Buyers Agent.
