I just came across your blog as they call it I guess, I'm new to this blogging stuff, anyway I am one of those Blessed guys I guess, for some reason God granted me the ability to become a Top Producer from the get-go, in just over four years now I have made so much money its almost embarrassing, but I work hard for it, extremely hard, and I have found out that it is lonely at the top, I know you will understand what I mean.

Charles, you just made a light go off in my brain! HELLO!IS Anybody there? I am in California and I see more and more houses going to auctions- I was just thinking IRS Sales, Tax sales, the norm. But to have put a house under contract, assign it to the auctioneer, who in California is going to get a crazy amount even after paying me just makes toooo much sense. I do not have to worry about another for sale sign and waiting for someone to drive up when I establish a relationship with several of the auction services out here. They will know I know what I am doing and will want the properties I have for them. Oh Charles, I would kiss you if your wife would let me, well, I 'd have to know what part of the country you are in, but you get the idea. THANK YOU. I am a student at Investors United School of Real Estate and I am also an Auctioneer's Associate at Auction Brokers, LLC here in Baltimore, MD, both of which are Mr. Charles Parrish's companies.
I have not heard of or met anyone else willing and able to help anyone and everyone on how to invest in real estate and make "a little bit of profit" on each deal.
I see Mr. Parrish almost on a daily basis, and his insightful wisdom and the help that he provides to me (out of his busy schedule) is more than I can ever get from any book, seminar, cd, or any other product that USLandCo "claims" that he is attempting to push. He's on this board to HELP investors WITHOUT monetary gain, and how many CEOs do you know of that do this??? I know one.
I am blessed to have the OPPORTUNITY to see and work with Mr. Parrish every chance that I can get.

I missed the first half of your talk this afternoon. How did you get so much knowledge of real estate transactions? I am amazed at the breadth of your knowledge base.
I am not sure if you have covered in your talk today but I have been meaning to ask you this: How do you sell or present the Hybrid offer to a seller?
For example: Mr. Jones has a house for sale worth, 200k. he will sell for 170k for a quick sale. what verbiage do you use to present the Hybrid offer to him?
Is/Are there special contract clauses or provisions you insert into your contract that will enable you do a control & roll?
