Getting Ready for those Buyers

I just went over and swept the Garage on my listing. Had to fill the pool, not sure about why since the pool company is getting paid for that.

With the property being vacant I went ahead and flushed the water closets, ran the Lavatory Fcts to keep the traps full.

Seems to be alot of maintenance associated with listings these days. Having extended days on market makes me feel like the home needs a little attention for the Buyers to enjoy it.

The last class I attended the instructor asked who is doing unpaid property management on their listings? And to stop doing it. Sounds like good advise I might give it a try.

How is the election going to effect you?

I am just about done with Political Ads each time they appeared I would just wince. It doesnot get much worse.

Now that the dust is settling these are my wishes from the Newly elected.

Stop doing business as usual. Think about the impact you have on peoples lives. As the most powerful nation on the earth can we allow people to be hungry, sick without the benefit of housing?

My 2 cents post election

Wickenburg Arizona Small town USA

At the local footbal field today, the "Pop Warner" players are playing the first of the Playoff Games.

A great game by the Wickenburg Minors and Prescott Valley Lions who were well matched. The game ended in regular time 6 to 6 and 2 additional overtimes made it 12 to 12. The Prescott Lions defeated the Wickenburg Minors in sudden death.

At the game the players had the support of their family and neighbors, in the stands were 3 generations of most of the players and an occasional 4th generation continuing the small town USA that is Wickenburg.
