When it comes to Lake Monticello, one of my associates is the expert in the area. He lives there, plays there and works there. Always use an expert when buying (ask me why).
Fluvanna County is located South East of Charlottesville. One of the main draws to Fluvanna is the Lake Monticello Area. Here you can get a home on a lake at a great price and the commute to Charlottesville is about 30 minutes on beautiful county roads!

Have you been to Louisa County? Located within minutes of Charlottesville Virginia the county of Louisa is known for open spaces and country settings. The old saying is true, “Things are less expensive in the county” There are great deals to be made on property in Louisa.

Greene County is just North of Charlottesville and offers beautiful properties at great prices. Greene County is an excellent choice for clients moving to NGIC. See NGIC Real Estate I recently compared the cost of new construction from Greene to Albemarle and was shocked at the difference (my clients are made aware of these comparisons). When you are looking for Charlottesville Real Estate remember Greene County as it is not far from Charlottesville and has some great vistas!!!

What is a REALTOR?
Many people are surprised to learn that not all real estate licensees are REALTORS. REALTORS are members of the National Association of REALTORS, and are pledged to abide by the 17 Articles of the REALTOR Code of Ethics. The Code came out in 1912 and predates many license laws issued by real estate licensing boards. Typically, REALTORS spend many extra hours continuing their real estate education. Consumers having problems working with a real estate licensee must address their complaint to the Virginia Real Estate Board, a state government agency, which licenses brokers and agents. Those having any problem or concern with a REALTOR have the additional option of addressing that with the REALTOR's local Association.
