I have been contacted by the Boston Red Sox. They are seeking housing for their entire staff that attends Spring Training. Their plan is to have everyone at Miromar Lakes in 2011. They have rented many homes in Ft. Myers communities and Miromar Lakes for 2010.
I have been asked to secure housing for the 2011 Season. They typically rent 2 months during Spring Training and some a little longer. I know you are thinking I am a little premature for 2011, but while they are in town, they would like to look at some homes that will be available to them. If at all possible, they would prefer to do business with me, based on my qualifications and understanding of their special needs. I will be very selective in choosing homes to meet their requirements. I will be looking for all types of homes, single family, villas condos and coach homes.
