About a week ago I was contacted by another Keller Williams agent in Indiana, asking if I knew anyone who would like to donate their Bonita Beach home to a family that had a "Never Too Late" wish. A family menber is terminally ill and wanted to have a SPECIAL time together.

Upon receiving this request, I immediately sent an email and immediately received a phone call from one of my owners that I represent, giving me permission to let the family have the use of this Bonita Beach - ON THE GULF OF MEXICO - BEACH AND SAND in your BACKYARD, upscale luxury home.

I am counting my blessings that I am surrounded by wonderful people who believe it not just about money and the family will be aboe to create some wonderfull memories.

Never Too Late began granting wishes for residents in January of 2000 at the Miller's Senior Living facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since that time, Never Too Late has established relationships with the staff at dozens of Marion and Hamilton County long-term care facilities. The Founder of NeverTooLate.org is Bob Haverstick, who is a fellow Keller Wiliams agent.

I am posting this because you may know of someway you can contribute to Never Too Late and help someone's dream cone true. Reach into your sphere of influence, you might be surprised!!!!

Here is what a family member emailed to me:

I wanted to take a moment again to thank you and Mr. HOMEOWNER for this amazing gift. The last 2 years have been filled with struggle, fear and disappointment. But they have also been filled with love, hope and courage. Your generosity means more to my family than a simple thank you could ever express. During the week we will spend in Bonita Springs, we will be able to create wonderful life long memories. My brother will in a peaceful place and spend care-free moments with his family. He deserves some serenity and time away from hospitals, doctors and fear. You have given him that and much more. It has certainly reminded me that there sure is a lot of good out there. I plan to pay it forward as often as possible and teach his children to do the same. A simple thank you seems so small but it is given with a very full heart.
