Coming out of hibernation - It's SPRING in New Hampshire

Well after another snowy and cold New Hampshire winter I have decided I need to connect with the world. The snow is almost gone and the real estate market for the First time home buyer or for that matter anyone couldn't be better. Prices and interest rates are historically low but unfortuantely so is moral. I purchased my house in 1992 (I was not an agent then) at a low point in the ressession of that time. The price was right but the interest rate was 8%. I encourage anyone sitting on the fence to jump in if you are able it might be some time again when the market is this ripe.

I am a native of New Hampshire born and raised in the Ossipee Area, needless to say I know the area well and have seen many changes in my 53 years here. I graduated from Kingswood Regional HS in 1973 and went on to McIntosh College in Dover, NH where I received my Associate in Business Science degree. I have worked in the construction field as an Office Manager for over 20 years. I have been licensed to sell real estate going on 4 years now and I am in the process of earning my GRI certificate.

I have lived in Tamworth for the past 23 years. My husband is Forrest and I have two stepson's Chris and Andy , they are all grown up now. My two little best friends Buddy (the cat) is 16 and Punkin (the cat) is 6. We love to garden and raise fruits and vegetables. We also love to go antiquing. Our house is decorated with our finds.

I believe my construction back ground, knowledge of the area , business sense and experience will go a long way to help my clients/customers with there purchasing needs. I am willing to put my all into helping them achieve their dreams whether first time home buyers, seasoned home buyers or investment purchases.
