Here's how the program works.

Say you have a client that's looking for a few acres to build the home they've always dreamed of. They want to live outside of the city yet still be close to everthing the city offers like medical, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. They want to be just far enough out to feel like they're in the country but still have neighbors close by. For these individuals, a Bluegreen community is the perfect fit & I just so happen to work as a land consultant for King Oaks, a Bluegreen community located just a few short miles outside of College Station, TX.

The first step is registering your clients & it's simple! For example, if you have clients that might be interested in King Oaks, all you need to do is contact me in order to provide your clients names so that I can get them registered/protected for you. This is only to protect you as I can only show them the properties within my specific development!

After you get your clients registered, we let you work with your clients to schedule their tour of the community. Just let us know when they're available & we'll be glad to meet with them at their convenience! If they purchase one of our acreage properties, then we pay you 6% at closing! It's really that easy!!! Bluegreen paid realtor referral commissions of over $250,000 in 2009 alone!
