Just a little about myself. I have lived in Arizona most of my life. Born in California I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona when I was in the 6th grade (a long time ago!). I have lived in Tucson since 1988 and have a wonderful family. I have an Associates Degree from Pima Community College and a Bachelors of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.

I was originally licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Arizona in 1986 and re-licensed in 2009. I have been a real estate investor (commerical and residential) ever since I bought my first home more than a couple of decades ago.

I graduated from Hogan Real Estate School and valuing education I set out to begin my real estate education. I have taken all of the agent training classes at Tierra Antigua Realty and ethics and all advanced MLS classes at the Tucson Association of Realtors. I quickly obtained my e-PRO® designation from the National Association of Realtors. I have also completed the REO, Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist training at Hogan School, and have received my Accredited Home Stager designation (AHS) and Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP) from RealtyU. Recently I have started my coursework towards NAR's Graduate Realtor Institute and hopefully will finish that up within 12 months.

Real Estate is actually my second career. I worked for 28 years in the fire service and left Rural/Metro Fire Department last year as the Fire Chief. I have the professional designations of EFO (Executive Fire Officer) and CFOD (Chief Fire Officer Designee... 1 of about 600 in US). I have a strong desire to continue my long work history of helping people. Working in the area fire service I have demonstrated years of leading with integrity and strong ethics. I am a dedicated professional, very dependable and reliable.
