I just read a Comment on ActiveRain telling of a member receiving their first lead from the site. This is HUGE. We are all aware that the typical residential client begins their search on the internet. And, while the Client is searching for homes, we should not under-estimate the Client's inclination to search an Agents information as well.
Though this medium, the Internet, we should consider it to be another networking outlet... along with your church group or soccer club. While your with your peers on the golf course, you talk and discuss Real Estate... While you are on the Internet, blogging, social sites, Q&A sites... you talk and discuss Real Esate.
As an agent, open up the Internet and you will soon find the Internet will open up to you. Internet networking then becomes your internet marketing... and the return on your investment will be HUGE!
