Its been a while since I'v blogged, but I have been very busy. May not have been with Real Estate but busy none the less.
I'm back now and enjoying myself.
Just to update everyone on made me unable to actively do the job that I enjoy. I have two beautiful children 13 and 5. Both with a nasty little condition called Asthma. Not a fun thing to deal with at all. They are partially under control, except for cold season, spring, fall, winter and summer OK all seasons. LOL
I decided to put in more time to my daughter sport of choice fast pitch softball (Sports helps all levels of Asthma patients. Getting so involve I became a board member of Martin County Girls Fast Pitch Softball http://jptos.clubspaces.com This an all girls league the age range is five to eighteen years of age. We have begun to offer scholarships to the three area high schools. This a great opportunity for girls of all ages to have a league of their own. Now I am going to slow down just slightly from softball so I can enjoy my son in his first year of t-ball.
Enough about my personal life and down to business. I am now with the most excellent Broker on the Planet Camile Nanni. (She is a die hard girls fast pitch softball Mom too) That is how we met our girls play on the same travel team. Ok so I am a Real Agent when there is a big gray line on what is personal and what is business. I been in Martin County for 34 years and love where I live. I enjoy my job helping people find homes so they can love where they live too.
Martin County Market Report, This is the third report on Martin County this has seems to deja vu there are minor changes more so in the Sold information.
Martin County is part of Southeast Florida. There are many advantages to living in Martin County. We are very close to many thing but we don't pay the high price of living in the middle of the big Cities. We are located 2 hours and 15 minutes from Orlando (aka Disney World) this is do-able day trip for a family looking to get away. If you follow my other Market Report blogs you already know you don't have to leave your front yard to see the Shuttle launch. When you are ready to get up close to the Shuttles, Cape Canaveral is only an hour and a half from Martin County. This is another excellent day trip which helps with the budget, no hotel needed. Now for you grown ups looking for night life we have nice local hang outs with quality food and drinks. If you feel like getting dressed up "to be seen" the Palm Beaches are a short car ride away. Then there are the nights you would like to be with the "IN Crowd" then Miami is only an hour and half from here and then you come home and get back to regular life.
Watch for the Shuttle it's to Launch in April...

March means spring in Jensen Beach. Not that I ever closed my windows this winter but March brings beautiful breezes. I planted my flower beds with vegetables this year, really my children made me plant vegetables. So now I am growing snap peas, cucumbers and basil next to the pineapple plants, opps almost forgot the sunflowers. (The pineapple should produce fruit sometime this year???) Of course my children picked the eatables that went into the garden so it's more of a fruit and vegetable garden... The first day of spring was great we did not get one flake of snow unlike my Mother who was on Long Island -- sorry Mom.
The Jensen Beach St. Patrick's Day Celebration & Parade was fun. Family and friends all put on their best green appreal and a smile which makes everyone Irish for the day.
Jensen Beach is located in sunny South Florida on the East Coast. We had the coldest days of the season in January but that only makes the oranges sweeter. We are just about 45 minutes north of West Palm Beach and on the southern county line of Saint Lucie.
Jensen Beach is a great example of Florida living at its best. It has great beaches, lots of sun and you can see the Shuttle launch from your front yard. Speaking of Shuttles we have one Launching on March 11th. Night Launches are Beautiful just look a north and a little east from your front yard and you will see it!!!
