Christmas is a time for celebration.
Remembering the Reason for the Season.
Making the time to meet with friends and family that we seldom see.
A time to enjoy Christmas Dinner and all the special treats of the season.
When serving, resist the "easy" choice of disposable plates, cutlery etc... it might require a little extra time washing dishes and cutlery, but collectively the impact on our planet can be positive!!
And a time to give and/or exchange gifts...
This year, we can all do something that can potentially save us some $$$ and help Save Our Planet!!!
When it comes time to wrap our gifts,
MAKE THE CHOICE NOT TO USE WRAPPING PAPER!!!
Consider:
Reusable Fabric Bags,
Paper Bags (also reusable),
Re-use newspaper, magazines and other paper products...
Christmas Decorations?
Instead of buying, make your own, decorate pinecones etc... if possible. I got a lot of ideas visiting a local "Pioneer Village"

Beeton is a Beautiful Village of approximately 6000 people in the town of New Tecumseth. Known for its Spring Honey Festival and its Fall Fair, the Village of Beeton still maintains the sense of community that thrives in the small towns of rural Ontario.
What I loved, when I first visited Beeton were the large trees, lovely in all seasons, but especially in Fall, when you will see vibrant reds, oranges and yellows.
Come for a visit or decide to stay for a lifetime, you won't forget this lovely town =)
Annual events include
Beeton Honey Festival
Beeton Fall Fair
Beeton Annual Santa Claus Parade
