Hello Everyone!! I hope each of you had a wonderful weekend. We have had a very cold and wet weekend here in Blue Ridge, GA. We are also expecting some snow later on in the week. We had a great weekend in real estate and showed many properties on Saturday. We have a lot of investors coming out of the wood works to invest thier money instead of letting sit in banks.
I beleive we have seen the end of the limbo!!! It is "as low as its going to go"! This seems to be the general overview from everyone who is looking at buying right now. Prices are going to steadily creep back up and with the new President I beleive the media will be sure to let things get better to boost his name and credibility.

The past week has been crazy being an agent. I have gone from having a couple of people to e-mail to the phone ringing off and showing property like crazy. That is an awesome thing to be doing since having been a #1 realtor and even "Rookie of the Year" when I first started I am accustomed to being very busy. My team consist of the "Aska Adventure Team". The "Aska Adventure Team" is Vincent Davis, Linda Gail Lance, and myself. We have all three been so busy we have some days had 2-3 customers a day.
I think that investors are realizing that the bottom is here on prices and now is the time to buy. What better time to get an investment property, second home, or for some its the first time they have ever considered home ownership. Now is perfect no matter what the situation is. Interest rates are at a all time rate low. I received many e-mails last week from mortgage brokers stating that they anticipated in the next week or two that rates are going to drop even lower. Now is a great time to find that property and hoover over the interest rate to lock in.
