Originally from Powell, OH, I am a graduate of Olentangy High School and received a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

My business is geared around my clients and providing them with the information they need in order to make educated and important decisions. Customer service, open communication, ambition and meeting my clients goals and needs are what I strive to accomplish.

When we first contacted Chris Testa he came over to the home and gave suggestions on what else could be done to help facilitate the sale of this house. Then he researched comparable properties to determine a fair price and presented his findings to us and asked us if we thought that was a fair price. Next he developed a comprehensive marketing plan, which included postings on various web sites.

During the selling process he would call us to keep us informed of showings and responses to those showings. We never felt he was in a hurry while talking to us. If we had any questions he always answered them and made sure we understood what we were questioning. He was always pleasant and friendly and we always felt we could trust what he was telling us. He emailed us a spreadsheet that we could use to see how much we would make at different selling points. This was a great tool for us. A lot of these action might be standard procedures for agents, but we have to say that Chris went above and beyond what an agent would do.

We were in Florida and the house we were selling was in Ohio. This past winter Ohio had a lot of snow storms. Chris went over several times before a showing and would shovel the driveway and sidewalk. When we did receive an offer he attended the FHA inspection and informed us of what the inspector found. He negotiated the price, terms, and conditions that were agreeable to us. We felt we had a good rapport with Chris and that we were in capable, trusting hands, especially since we weren't close by. It made the experience less stressful.
