I provide service to the entire Greater Boston Metropolitan Area. My specialization is in the communities of Watertown, Belmont, and Newton; as well as throughout the many Metrowest Communities. Throughout The Greater Boston Metropolitan Area I am up to date on the latest business offerings, school issues, municipal issues, and community offerings in order to ensure that I am the area's Real Estate specialist.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, I know what it takes to finish something from the start until the end. Perseverance, patience, attention to detail, and hard-work are things it took me to earn my degree. I focus mainly on residential Real Estate; sales, leasing, and investments. I specialize in residential Real Estate throughout the entire Boston Metro Area; in particular the communities of Arlington, Belmont, Brookline/Boston, Cambridge, Newton, Waltham, and Watertown. I also service the busy Boston rental market. My office, Fitkova Realty Group, has access to many of the rentals available only through private property management companies; giving us a leg up on the competition that may only be looking through the MLS.

I work with first time home buyers all the way up to couples looking to downsize. I also work with people looking for a rental; whether it be short or long term. I enjoy working with people who are new to the city and may need a little extra time to find their next home.
