North Aurora - 15 homes sold
Oswego - 19 homes sold
Sleepy Hollow - 4 homes sold
St Charles - 47 homes sold
South Elgin - 16 homes sold

It has NEVER been a better time to buy…. Obviously these buyers realized that and took advantage of today’s current market and low interest rates. They may even be eligible for the $8000 tax credit that is part of the newly passed stimulus package…. Free money! Who does not like that?

So many people are thinking they want to sell and buy up into a bigger home because they have outgrown their current home. Other people NEED to sell because they can no longer afford their home, but don't know the solutions to their very scary situation. We keep hearing it’s a bad market, there are no buyers, don’t sell!
