You can see prices have declined by 22% since the third quarter last year. However, there is a tremendous increase in the number of properties under agreement to sell as compared to last year. Buyers are taking advantage of the lower housing prices and they are closing slightly quicker than buyers in Q3 2007.

Residents of these towns admitted free during this event, Bring family & friends! Most of the libraries also have passes that admit 2 adults for free & all accompanying children up to age 19. Normal admission fees w/out the passes is $10 for adults & $5 for ages 6-19. Ages 6 & under are always free.
Wild birds, apples, and children's crafts will highlight Tower Hill Botanic Garden's Shades of Autumn, an annual celebration of the harvest season. The Garden will be turned into a virtual farmland-complete with farm animals courtesy of Hythe Farm and Bolton 4-H, beautiful displays of garden produce and a large market area, and taste-testing tours (at 2pm each day) of the famous antique apple orchard-with 119 varieties of pre-20th Century apples.
