The February Market Report in Ohio for single family, residential homes in Montgomery, Greene, and Warren counties shows minimal changes. In February 2009 versus February 2008, it now takes 8 days less to sell homes. The average days on market in February 2009 was 126, which is 35 days slower than the Real Living Realty average days on market.
