Open Houses New Listings & Price Reductions So far it has been a beautiful summer here in Beverly Hills & Los Angeles, the real estate market continues to be hot and active across the board. Our team has been very active listing and selling properties as always and we just closed a great sale of a home in Beverly Hills that we first sold last summer and we just re-sold it again this month representing both the buyer and seller with a list price of $10,000,000. There seems to be quite a lot of buyers out there with all cash, local buyers as well as buyers from Europe and Asia. It appears that both the local and foreign buyers are very bullish on our luxury home market here in the Platinum Triangle areas of Beverly Hills, Bel Air & Holmby Hills. With prices down 20% to 30% from the peak a few years ago, most buyers feel we have hit the bottom of the market and are snapping up the best properties as soon as the become available.
