Growing up in Texas and relocating to Florida after working several years in the horse & oil industry I thought that Florida was paradise and I still feel that way today. I have raised 3 wonderful children who are now giving me even more wonderful grandchildren. After becoming an empty nester and getting relocated to Central Florida I decided it was time to get serious about my career in Real Estate. I started building my business in the Gainesville area and did very well but I truly felt at home in the Ocala area of Horse Country so I decided to try to once again build a real estate business there too and I can say that I was once again successful. Ocala is so centrally located in the heart of Florida that it was easy to expand from there. So today as my children and grandchildren all live hours and days away I have built a Real Estate Family and this I am truly enjoying to the absolute fullest. I live and enjoy this Real Estate Family from all over the world and I visit with my children and grandchildren every chance I get. So please allow me to service you and your real estate needs. As a Central Florida REALTOR, I focus on residential home sales, including single family homes (resales, new construction), Mini Farms and full Working Farms and 55+ communities. I was born in Texas and spent most of my young life involved in farming, horses, trail riding, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo trail rides and much more. As I traveled through life raising children and traveling in the United States both the mainland and Hawaii, as well as Mexico and most all of the Caribbean I have had the pure pleasure of meeting all types of people, I have viewed, bought and sold enormus amounts of real estate and believe that I truly understand and can relate to what customers expect from their realtor. I have been a first time home buyer as well has 2 of three of my children, I have been uprooted and transfered to an all new area as the customers I have helped relocate and find that area that best fits what they are looking for, I have walked many of acres understanding what the best use of the land would be for. I have parents as well as inlaws that have reach the 55+ stage that has made that very large decision of where will they live now and what amenities are available to keep me busy now that I have all of this extra time on my hands. I work with both buyers and sellers, and have substantial experience with first time home buyers. I have significant personal relocation experience, and as a REALTOR have helped a number of buyers relocate (from a few hundred miles to across the country). I understand the difficulties of relocation, and offer a variety of unique real estate services tailored specifically for relocation clients. For sellers, I provide a variety of marketing services (some of which you don't expect) and a Seller Home Valuation Report.

I focus on the area's North of Orlando & Tampa with specialization in the Ocala, Gainesville, Bellview, Summerfield, Silver Springs, Dunnellon, Micanopy, McIntosh, and Orange Lake area's, where I live.
I also assist buyers and sellers in Oceanside properties being less that 1 hour from both the West Coast of Florida on the Gulf and the East Coast of Florida on the Atlantic a frequent guest of St. Augustine, Tampa Bay/Clearwater and have lived on the Emerald Coast from Destin/Fort Walton to Pensacola/Perdido Key at the Florida/Alabama line. I treasure and love the coast...
