Whether you are a buying or selling in the Chicago real estate market, I listen to your needs and work closely with you to create the best possible real estate experience. I put client needs at the top of my list, always do the right thing, and the rest of the business falls nicely into place. Navigating the highs and lows of today's market, with plenty of hands on experience, gives me a true advantage in representing your best interests. My end goal is to develop long term, mutually beneficial, client relationships where we all can win. My strong customer service, technology, and marketing background developed over a 13 year career with Caterpillar Inc. Although my skill set provides a great foundation, my true passion for real estate came alive in 2004 when working with rehabs, property management and rentals. Along with a business partner, I owned and managed 15 single family homes in the Peoria area. That experience gave me true insight into the investor and property management world and kick started a career in real estate. Living in the great city of Chicago has been truly rewarding on both a personal and professional level. No matter what the market does, the opportunities get better year after year. When I moved here in 2007, I worked for one of large real estate brokers, but it is easy to get lost in the shuffle and become focused on production rather than relationships. So, I joined Best Chicago Properties because of their great reputation, client focus and outstanding agents. To complement his real estate career, Chuck started a Virtual Tour company, ThreeSixtyChicago Media, in 2007. He provides high quality photography and virtual tours for agents all over the city. His services include photography of all types, setting up a dedicated website for each property with agent branded and MLS compliant links and flyer/ brochure design.
