Charlotte, NC Homes for Sale - Choosing the Right Realtor for You
I've been asking this question for ages. I'm interested to learn about individual perceptions. What causes a consumer to choose a company vs. a representative?
I'm always perplexed when I don't hear descriptive words from consumers indicating what characteristics are most important.
In my business, I search for and affiliate with partners exuding some of the most important character traits to me-integrity, honesty and accountability.
I enjoy those who share my passion in the highest level of service, to ensure my clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
So, what's important to you? Your ability to trust in the information you're receiving or the size of the company? The accountability and skill level of the representative or the name of the organization? The perseverance and marketing skills of the realtor or the agent randomly selected for you by a real estate company?
Raising the service bar requires education, information and service to clients..

Charlotte, NC Homes for Sale
Let's face it, change is stressful. This year, in particular, with the fervent opinions on both sides of the isle, our election was historic. So you ask yourself, now what?
Historically, election years slow real estate sales right around the time of the contest. Once decided, the market begins to become fluid again. You want to sell you house. Are you ready?
There is much to do to properly market a home for sale. It must be well-promoted to local area realtors as well as to the millions of folks tuned in to the world wide web. People must be able to access your home 24/7 and not just on Realtor.com, but on the other web pages folks are turning to in search of property...ActiveRain, Zillow, Craig's List, HGTV, Trulia..and more!
A knowledgeable agent is your best resource in the current market. You need someone informed about current market conditions, the realistic sales expectations of your home--in terms of sales time and probable price--and the most effective way to advertise. When you are competing with 20, 30, even 60 other homes; how can you distinguish your home as a better investment? A realtor can highlight your home's unique features, write compelling commentary to increase interest and showings and ultimately give potential buyers more of what they want-visual images.
So don't wait for the Spring market. Call a realtor today and start the marketing process. You'll want to be ahead of the curve and ready to move on as this market rebounds.

Nothing speaks so earnestly of Waxhaw NC market as the facts. As a local realtor, I closely watch the market in Waxhaw, NC, a suburb of the Charlotte Metro Area. I report the number of houses for sale by price, as well as the number of days per neighborhood required to sell each home. I update this quarterly; however, with the slow-down noticed around the presidential election, I researched a special post-election edition. Enjoy this FREE Home Sales & Marketing Resource.
