There are two parts of my real estate expertise. I have been priviledged to walk through the process with many first time buyers, helping them with every step of the way. My goal is to help to educate them in the home purchase process. I have also been priviledged to help investors find investment properties to rent out. I have marketed investment properties for investors. I have Marketed homes with swimming pools, marketed condos, both apartment style and town homes. I have marketed bare building lots.

My back ground in business brings buyers and sellers of business and commercial property to me. I have marketed businesses ranging from $40,00.00 to several million dollars. Commercial property from two lots to 24 acres.
