While living anywhere in Southern Oregon is beautiful in my eyes rural living is exceptional. However some folks move out to get out of town only to find out they knew nothing about rural living. They say we don't have to pay for water anymore, no sewer payments, etc. They don't understand that you have to maintain those items and you can have problems with them so there will always be costs associated with a well and septic.

There could be minerals or pollutants in the water, may have to haul garbage, not enough time to mow fields, someone drilled a well close by and now you don't have any, deer could be an issue with your garden, the orchard just sprayed for bugs and it stinks, etc.

There are so many things to take into account when living outside city limits which is amazing but at the same time know what you are getting into and definitely make sure your agent does rural property. That is so big!

Medford Oregon Sports Park is such an amazing place we are so lucky to have this here in Southern Oregon. This U.S. Cellular Community park brings in top notch talent from all over the country to play on the fields. There are soccer fields, baseball fields, walking trails, and much more.

The Medford Oregon Sports Park generated millions of dollars in revenue for local businesses and preserved about 80 jobs as well. Medford Oregons climate is so nice that these fields are used all year long, I have not seen it snow here once this year but I heard it did when I was on vacation. It didn't stick though.

Medfords Sports Park/U.S. Cellular Community Park is looking at building 6 more fields but a little something is standing in the way, only 6 million dollars needed. =(

So parents looking to get their children in an amazing area Southern Oregon/Medford Oregon absolutely must be considered.

Talent Oregon had a -19.3% change.

Phoenix Oregon had a -39.5% change.

Jacksonville Oregon had a -14.8% change.

NW Medford Oregon had a + 28.9% gain.

West Medford Oregon had a -29.9% change.

SW Medford Oregon had a -6.9% change.

East Medford Oregon had a -19.2% change.

Central Point Oregon had a -16% change.

White City Oregon had a -32.8% change.

Eagle Point Oregon had a -18.5% change.

Shady Cove/Trail Oregon had a -3.7% change.

Gold Hill and Rogue River Oregon had a -23.1% change.

All but one area had a good sized decline in Listing inventory in Southern Oregon which is a good sign we are going to get balanced back out.

For the folks who don't know what this is about I think it is fabulous for downtown Medford Oregon as it will bring life and some class to the area. Lithia Motors is going to build a four story 40,000 sqft Lithia Building and a two city park blocks. This is an area right now that does not look pretty and Medford Oregon is such and amazing place that it is great to get downtown area spruced up a lot.

Now the negative people are saying well this is not what was intended in the first place, there was supposed to be a 10 story 100,000 sqft building and some other goodies but what they fail to look at is the demise of the auto industry. Granted things are coming back but everyone as learned a lesson and needs to re-tool their agenda.
