Texas Avenue Project Over !

Everyone who travels the Business Hwy. 6 (Texas Ave.) in College Station, Texas knows how the construction project has really made it tough on both the public and the businesses here. Up until now that is. Well the project is now over and Texas Ave. not only is easier to use ...but it looks great! Thanks need to go out ot Tex. DOT, The Texas Dept. of Transportation, for seeing to it that this job turned out so well. It really did. The next time you are on Texas Ave. take a second to really appreciate it. Oh yes there is a side benefit. You will now get to where you need to be faster, with the extra lanes!

Have a great Day!

Parade of Homes A Success

The first weekend for the local homebuilders Parade of Homes was a big success for the home our firm had on the tour this year. The agents who worked the home indicated lots of folks came to see the home and had lots of good things to say about its quality and the best part is they were't all just lookers! Some expressed good interest in actually purchasing something in the near future. Who said open houses don't work anymore? :)

Have a great day!
