Meet Claudia Byrne

Establishing relationships with the people within this special community is what I love most about my profession. To work with a client so closely on one of the most important decisions of their life is something I enjoy and take seriously.

Claudia developed strong business acumen as a business partner in a local franchise for thirteen years. After selling the business to a corporation, she applied her knowledge and skills to help people achieve the American dream of home ownership. Claudia has obtained industry designations through extensive education to better serve her clients. Claudia earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Short Sales Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations to help home owners with these complex transactions. "Working with distressed properties in our challenging market place requires extensive training and experience," says Claudia.

Professional Qualifications

She also holds the GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute). She joins other top producers in the residential real estate industry who hold the designation across the nation. Claudia earned the "Graduate REALTOR® Institute" (GRI) designation by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. In addition, Claudia learned the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization.
