For people out there in the world looking to buy a home, it can be an unpleasant experience - even if everything goes well. The paperwork may seem intimidating and generally speaking, buying a home costs alot of money!

Hi-Tech Mortgage is not a large company. Perhaps that is one of the reasons I like it; I not only know the owner and processors, I speak with them regularly and am familiar with their work and their work ethic. What I like most is that my company is trustworthy. Initially, I am the most important person the client has to rely upon for their loan. My priority is to get ALL of the necessary information and documents upfront to avoid delays later on in the process. After submission and approval, I depend on my processors to do their jobs, such as ordering appraisals, etc. Sure, I still communicate regularly with my client, but once the ball is the hands of the corporate office, it's mostly a waiting game for me. That is where the rubber meets the road and they have to get their work done accurately and efficiently for the loan to close on time. If a mistake is made it can cost time and money of which nobody wants or maybe has to give. I am thrilled to say I have not lost a lock on any loan.

I have repeat customers because they had a good experience; I communicated regularly, honestly, and treated them as I would want to be treated...and my company is trustworthy.
