There are currently 57 single family homes on the market today with an average list price of $448,228 with an average days on market of 202 days. There are currently 22 single family homes under contract to close with an average list price of $348,150 with an averages days on market of 129 days. More importantly are the closed transactions. In the last 90 days, there have been 46 single family sales with an average list price of $378,070; an average sale price of $361,551 with an average days on market of 124 days. The lowest sale price was $219,900 and the highest sale price was $649,000. This data demonstrates that real estate is still selling in Wilmington. Offering the correct price, terms and conditions will result in a sale!

Fall Food Drive

As I'm sure you've heard, the food pantry shelves are bare and the need this year is as great as ever! Your donation will go directly to your local food pantry! Feel free to bring your donations to my office, RE/MAX ENCORE at 188 Main Street in Wilmington! We'll be donating them to the local food pantry at our Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS' monthly meeting on November 17th!

Life is crazy as it is with everyone I'm sure! I'm happy to report that business is finally here again...but never too busy for your referrals!

Let's all hope that the Tax Credit is extended through the spring. It will help keep the recovery happening!

With the 4th of July fast approaching, this is just a reminder to show your patronage and put out your American Flag! Mine is out year round! We should all be grateful for living in this country and enjoying all the freedoms that we take for granted. I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said "If you don't stand behind our troops, feel free to step in front of them!" Loved it!!
