"At the beginning of my home search I was working with a several different real-estate agents without a contract of course, as I was reluctant to commit to any of them. Dear Charlotte,

I just wanted to put in a little time in and write you a little note to say thank you. It’s the least I could do for all you’ve done for me. I was going to go with Remax because they have an excellent record of selling. I don’t know how now that I’ve met you. I had a call into a place to look at with Remax. While I was waiting I saw another property I liked. I called, and it was you. You had me in the office within 2 hours and showing me property the next day! You called me back approximately eight times before I got one call back from them! You are thoughtful and soooo energetic! . You are the hardest working real estate agent I know. All the advice you gave me was great. You didn’t take for granted that I knew anything. You just told me anyway. Your “free advice or free information” as you called it was great! I learned a lot. I didn’t buy that house, and we looked at many, many more and in such a short period of time. I finally made my offer and you pushed that through for me best you could. I bought it and am very happy with OUR results. Being a single parent, it was nice to buy this condo and not feel lonely doing it, the reason being is because I had you beside me and being as excited for me as I was. That made it special!
