What do you think we need to get out of this housing funk in the northeast!

I don't think it's a new governor that in his first week amits more undesireable traits than what the former was pushed out for. I'm talking about confidence in our government. I guess it's just a joke that I'm starting to get only now. people and business men in the private sector have to compete for their wage, Government elders only have to justify and vote one in amoung their buddies. It's like having something very un-natural in the balance of nature! I don't begrudge anybody anything but somewhere along the line somebody has got to realize that the goverment cannot be larger that the private sector. As it is the overbearing tax system is taking the wind out of the system. Am I wrong or just a complainer...
