Colleen credits most of her success to referrals from satisfied clients. She is a consistent recipient of Multi-Million Dollar awards from the Westchester County Board of Realtors and was the 1995 Rookie of the Year and followed this up with annual sales awards every year since.

Colleen has achieved the status of Accredited Buyer Representative, the hallmark of excellence in Buyer Representation. Additionally, she has earned the national E-Pro Certification in real estate technology and is a graduate of NAR's Realtor Institute. She is well known for her technological competency, website placement and assistance with home staging.

A resident of Armonk, Colleen is a member of the Armonk Lions Club and a lifetime member if of Hadassah. She and husband Dr. Richard Gallagher (Chief of Anesthesia at White Plains Hospital) have four children.
