The Briargate Area of Colorado Springs comprises an area in the northeast part of Colorado Springs. This is a master planned community that started in the early 80’s and continues to be built. This area is roughly north of Woodman Rd as the southern boundary, east of Powers, West to I-25 and north to Hwy 83. The school district is award winning Academy District 20.

Some neighborhoods in the Briargate Area from oldest to newest are: Briargate, Windjammer, Meadow Ridge, Misty Meadows, Gatehouse Village, Summerset, Fairfax, Pine Creek, Charleston Place, Wolf Ranch, Cumbe Vista and Cordera. Who Needs a Group Health Insurance Plan?

Like many of my fellow brokers finding health insurance is tough at group rates. What does everyone else who has to buy health insurance do? I know that some brokerages offer a group plan but these still seem really expensive. I have looked in to purchasing a HSA and that too seemed a little bit much. Well I was talking to a friend of mine and she mentioned that she started a new business on the side that only cost $300 bucks once and I could then buy into a group plan. I was all ears as you can imagine. The business is pretty cool as well, providing travel services and dream trips at a really good price. So, I signed up and for the program.
