As lifetime resident of St. Paul MN and now Roseville MN, I specialize in listing and selling of single family homes as the core focus of my business. I preview 20-50 homes per week on average and my team has sold a combined of 89 homes in 2007. We put our clients first and act as a consultant to help our clients make the best decisions for themselves in a real estate transaction. We know that even thought we handle transactions on a daily basis, our clients may only buy or sell a home a few times in their lifetime. We take the extra time and care to educate them about their decisions. our goal is to do such an outstanding job that they will not hesitate to refer their friends and family to us!
