VERBAL CONSULTATION

Our verbal consultation is an in-home consultation. We will tour room by room the entire inside and outside of the house making verbal suggestions of how to make the house more buyer friendly. We will view the inside and outside of the home giving the client detailed suggestions of improvements that would make the house stand out in the sales market. This package is perfect for those clients that wish to do the work themselves. We will also send a written quote to the client for all suggestions we have made during the verbal consultation if the client wishes to have the work completed by Crown Staging.

VERBAL CONSULTATION & DETAILED WRITTEN REPORT

Our verbal consultation is an in-home consultation. The verbal consultation takes approximately 2 hours to complete. This process begins from the entrance walkway up to the clients house. We will tour the inside and outside of the home with our client. After the intitial tour is complete our Certified Staging Professionals will do a more comprehensive room by room tour taking notes and pictures with the clients approval. After we complete this comprehensive tour we will sit down with the clients and go through the house room by room in detail and talk about the staging process specific to your needs. At this point the client will recieve a detailed plan of what needs to be attended to in the house. The verbal consultation is designed for all clients of Crown Staging and perfect for those clients that wish to do most of the work themselves with a written room by room guide.

Staging Lived-In / Occupied Homes

Working closely with the budget and needs of our clients we will devise a plan to come in and stage your house or specific rooms. Using as much of the clients furniture we will stage the home improving the appeal, function and mood of the rooms staged. The process of staging lived in homes is a balance of making the home buyer firendly and allowing for ease of living in the home for the clients during the selling process.

Staging Vacant Homes

Our team at Crown Staging will bring a cold, stark vacant property into warmth and function allowing buyers to see how they could live in the house. Through our furniture rental program, we will bring furniture into the vacant space to highlight the homes qualities.
