Hello! My name is Corey DeRosa and it's my pleasure to meet you. I hope you are enjoying this beautiful day. I know I am! I would like to start out by giving you an insite into the most important aspect of my life...my family. I am the oldest of 4 siblings who I call my very best of friends. We are not that far apart in age and have had the pleasure of growing up together and facing many of life's trials by each others side. My mother is the most thoughtful and caring women I have ever met and I'm not just saying that. She is disabled physically but mentally she is very optimistic. She donates what little money she has to charities like Compassion who then send her contributions to families in not-so-fortunate countries. We all work very hard to keep her head above water. My father had been in the real estate business for nearly 28 years before retiring and moving abroad in 2006. He always wanted to see me in the RE biz. His experience and influence have helped me see that Real Estate is a very beneficial to me and those who I can assist. My aunt, Caryn Becker who is also a RE broker in CS, is a huge factor for me getting into the RE business. She gave me the final push and offered to pay for my schooling and initiation fees. I could not have made it this far in life without my family's support.

So now a little about me. I am a Colorado native. Born and raised in this beautiful city of Colorado Springs. I graduated from William J. Palmer High School. I have many friends here still and see them often. I ventured out of the city up to Fort Collins where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. I was taught by extremely knowledgeable professors who have many different areas of experience. From market trends to marketing and mortagages to management I was required to know all the different aspects of the Real Estate industry.

So needless to say between me being around Real Estate from the time I was very young and my education I have a well rounded understanding of Real Estate in general and specifically in the Colorado Springs area. I would be delighted to help make one of the biggest transactions you can ever make much easier for you.
