This is a great little cottage at the Jersey Shore....I took some random photos to share...for some inspiration...As we get ready to embrace summer days at the beach.... Swimming, picnicking, Bicycle Trails, Horse Back Trails, Fishing, Wind Surfing, Surfing, Scuba Diving of these actives are available at Island Beach State Park is located just 7 miles from 9 Bay Shore Drive on the Barnegat Bay. Island Beach State Park offers Ten miles of pure white sand beach attract swimmers, sunbathers, anglers and surfers. Modern bathhouses, beach access ramps, a mile of beach with lifeguards, historic buildings, trails, interpretive programs, bike paths and facilities for people with disabilities combine to make Island Beach a unique place to explore. There is also Seaside Park which is just a 5 mile drive over the bridge....

Seaside Park is famous for its highly maintained, safe, spacious beach. With its clean white sand, the beach stretches two miles with a boardwalk that leads to rides and amusements at the north end of town. In the summer, lifeguards are on duty weekends from Memorial Day and daily beginning the second or third week in June until Labor Day. There are areas for fishing, swimming and surfing as well as two volleyball courts.

• Kitchen: Clear small appliances off your counters. By reducing what is on your counters, you are increasing the work space which is what buyers are looking for.
• Cabinets: Reducing inventory of can and box foods....creating more space in the cabinets.
