Hello Out There!! Incase you haven't heard, (I hope most of you have by now) interest rates are at a historical low.

How long rates will remain this low is anybody's guess. This chart (provided by & credit to Rob Garrison w/ Prime Lending) demonstrates just how historically low interest rates are. Look at where rates were in the early nineties!! Then - look what comes next!

Rob shared this chart with me in hope it would provide some food for thought for anyone wondering if now is a good time to get off the fence regarding purchasing a home or refinancing.
