Welcome! Thanks for checking out my profile – you might like to know a little about me. I love what I do and that’s helping home buyers and sellers in Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. Having come from a lifelong military career, you can expect the highest level of integrity and honesty from me. I have lived in Colorado Springs since 1993 after serving my last assignment in the military here. I have gotten to know well the Colorado Springs housing market over the past 15 years. In that time I’ve resided in four very different neighborhoods here giving me an inside perspective of the advantages and amenities of various locations throughout the “Springs” general area.

It may sound old fashioned, but you can be assured that I believe the client is still # 1. Although my principles may be old fashioned, my use of cutting edge technology maximizes my ability to help clients buy a home or get their home sold with the least amount of hassle. The managing broker I work with heads the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
