Yesterday, Sunday.. I did an open house at a listing we have in the gated enclave of Estate Antigua which is located on Lincoln Boulevard nestled in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Home has amazing views of the Mountain Preserve, Camelback Mountain and the City skyline. I thought it would be fun to start providing some information about Litchfield Park, Arizona... The town I grew up in and where my family still lives and works... In the upcoming months I will be providing a lot more information but to get started I thought it would be nice to make a short video highlighting some of what Litchfield Park, Arizona has to offer.

Litchfield Park, Arizona was founded in the 1920's to support the farming and aerospace industry for Goodyear Farms and Goodyear Aerospace.

What I love about Litchfield Park, Arizona is that it's only 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix right off the I-10 Freeway at Litchfield Road. So you can enjoy the small town feel of Litchfield Park but be located adjacent to the big City!
