CreekStone Homes: Save an elk.......

So I'm driving down the road the other day and saw an interesting bumper sticker. "save an elk...Shoot a land developer." I though now how silly, doesn't this person know that developing land, building and selling homes is what makes things go around. Once the housing market went on a decline, so did everything else. But maybe all of our life's would be easier if we did just try and save an elk.

CreekStone Homes: Remembering 9/11

Just take a moment today to remember 9/11, and all the hero's that helped in the aftermath, and the families of the ones who lost there life.

I'll never forget I was at a food show in Detroit, checkinig out the competition for afollowing show. I arrived at the show before 8am and didn't leave for lunch until about 11:30. I walked into a Red Robin, the place was absolutely packed with people but it was silent. I was seated and asked the waitress why it was so quiet, with a tear in her eye she said, "you didn't hear," so my friend mark and I turned to watch the TV and were in shock. It was the first time I ever prayed at a restaurant, and we ate in silence.

Just take some time today and remember where you were on that fateful day. I'd love to hear.
