CreekStone Homes: Vote Yes for Jobs Now

While in Colorado Springs our economy is slowly growing due to the Military Bases locating troops here, that's not all Colorado Springs can rely on. We need to vote yes on the Jobs Now initiative. Jobs Now will bring more jobs to Colorado Springs. Colorado Springs has no dedicated funding to bring jobs to our community. Colorado Springs is not competitive with other communities our size. Dedicated funding can be used for business to expand or bring new companies to Colorado Springs. Jobs Now is not a tax increase. Jobs Now will use existing funding to expand job opportunities. The funding for will use an existing mill Levy of about $10 dollars per household. This is not a NEW tax and will sunset. The mill Levy can be extended by a vote of people honoring the spirit of TABOR. The Jobs Now initiative is NOT a part of the local Economic Development Cooperation or any other corporation.

VOTE YES FOR JOBS 1A on your ballot and help bring jobs to Colorado Springs. For more information go to:

CreekStone Homes: Green Community

CreekStone Homes and our Wolf Ranch community are committed to 'being green.' Recently Wolf Ranch has added an excellent recycling program to the Best Way trash service for a minimal cost to it's residents. For and extra $5.00/ month residents of Wolf Ranch have recycling picked up every week! No brain damage as to what can and what cant be recycled, basically everything but plastic bags can go in the recycle bin with out even separating it! I have seen my waste go to at least half of what it was, and if I didn't have diapers it would be almost nothing (the 'green' diapers aren't all their cracked up to be.)

I wanted to pass on the information received from the HOA in Wolf Ranch about recycling Household Hazardous Waste. Please help protect the environment. CreekStone Homes is doing everything we can to help protect the environment.

New Schedule Makes It Easier For Residents To Protect The Environment

Colorado Springs, March 10, 2009 - Starting this Saturday, March 14-th, the El Paso County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility is adding to its normal operations schedule to accept drop offs the second Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The facility's regular weekday schedule is Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Last year set new records year with more than 10,000 residents using the County's Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility. CreekStone Homes, Inventory Price Reductions.

So I was paying Realtors, 6% on some homes marketed heavy, called, visited and.... Sold one to a nice couple with out an agent?!?! So I think, that didn't work, and I'm back to the price factor. 10 inventory homes reduce for March in all CreekStone Homes communities in Colorado Springs!! The prices will be as low as I can go and still make $10 or $12 bucks, so I don't believe we will be taking the famous 'offers' I know this is my offer! I don't want to hear, at Richmond, or at Classic, or at DR Horton... I say "why haven't you bought it if it is such a good deal?"

Here's what CREEKSTONE HOMES has.
