CreekStone Homes is happy to report that we survived the 2009 Parade of Homes. Our home in Wolf Ranch did sell (and close!) CreekStone Homes is now selling Wolf Ranch out of our new Location Willow Creek. Tomorrow night is the big awards banquet and we will see how we did.
CreekStone Homes was able to speak with over 7000 people at our three locations, and we feel the 2009 Parade of Homes was a huge sucess. More buyers out in a long time that I have seen at any Parade of Homes in Colorado Springs.
CreekStone Homes feels the good news out of wall street, interest rates and the fact that existing housing prices rose in July by 2.3% can only mean one thing! The market is turning, consumer confidence is slowly climbing, and people still need new homes!

Seems as though CreekStone Homes is rapidly moving through our inventory in all communities. Sales have improved greatly over the past 3 months. I wish the new home buyers would see that builder inventory is going away. I have posted our current inventory for all to see. Just a select few homes in certain communities remain. Get the good deals while they are here!
Seems to me that the real estate market in Colorado Springs is letting loose a little bit. Customers seem to be coming out to the models looking to actully buy a home. It seems refreshing to me. As homes sell and things change, so the builders will need to be making some adjustments. CreekStone Homes will be building a new model home in Wolf Ranch as our current Parade Home The Milky Way sold, and a lovely lady will be moving in at the end of the month. CreekStone will be selling Wolf Ranch out of our newest location Willow Creek. Look for a new model in Wolf Ranch for the new year 2010- wow!
