Tax Credit Advance Loan is Back!

Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) loan program with requests for Tax Credit Advance Loan (TCA) funds is back effective immediately (advised 11/17/09). First-time buyers will be able to receive up to $6,000 for new construction homes and $5,000 for existing homes (resale. Now, eligible non first-time buyers (current home owners) will now be able to qualify for up to $4,000 for new construction and $3,000 for existing homes. Federal Tax Credit For Home Buyers Extended thru April 30, 2010!!

Great news, if you haven't heard the Federal Tax Credit is now available to more first-time buyers who qualify for up to $8,000 has been extended thru April 30, 2010. Additionally, qualified current homeowners are eligible for a tax credit up to $6,500. Call me and to learn how, the time is right!
