We are Scarlett Bourcier and Crystal O'Neill, Realtors® with RE/MAX Whatcom County located in Bellingham, Washington and we would like to represent you in your next real estate transaction. We both have earned our ABR designations (Accredited Buyers Representative) and both earned Whatcom County's "Rookie of the Year" award our first year in Real Estate. We are a unique real estate team that lists and sell properties together, but market those properties independently. We are both licensed, full-time real estate agents with RE/MAX. Working as a team allows us to cover the market in a broader range when promoting properties. When you allow us to represent you, you won't be dealing with assistants or waiting hours for a return phone call. We are agents that believe in answering our own phones and understand the importance of returning calls in a timely manner. We both have extensive backgrounds in real estate, sales, and customer service and strive to make each transaction as stress-free as possible for our clients. You really impressed me when you told me that you felt the house I purchased was better "for me" than the other higher priced home.
