Former Midtown Miami developer Michael Samuel is giving away a $260,000 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder to purchasers of his South of Fifth project in South Beach. Coupling a super high end luxury car with a real estate project that targets the uber-wealthy, Samuel's move demonstrates how south Florida continues to attract celebrities, business moguls and the ultra-wealthy even in today's precarious business environment.
