Chad Smith was born and raised in Lawton, Ok just east of town. Their he grew up on his grandfathers cattle and race horse farm. Chad previously worked for Coldwell Banker where he consistanly sold multi-millions of dollars per year. He recieved awards to include Rookie of the Year, Presidents Circle, Diamond Society, and numerous top producer awards. Since starting Smith Auction & Realty Chad has continued to sell multi-millions of dollars worth of Real Estate every year as well as selling other merchandise for his clients.
