Summer is over, time to get back to reality for many and as I try to gear up for the fall market (hopefully there will be one) I am just overwhelmed with everyone's thoughts, opinions, research and more....it's information overload! BUT, what a wonderful chance to share and learn from each other as we navigate this challenging real estate market. I love to listen to both experienced agents who have been there before talk about the cycles and what they think....or the real estate rookie who optimistically just got their license. My favorite article was about Calling the Bottom of The Real Estate Market by Jonathan Miller....great article....Personally, rather than trying to predict bottom or top, how about we just take it one day at a time and sell real estate in the market we're in today!!
