Well... that's a joke!!! You won't hear about LOCAL pricing on the news. All you'll hear about is national pricing. In fact, anytime they talk about anything "real estate" they're talking about a national picture and not a local one.

You really need an area expert... and I really mean someone who studys and is in the market all the time.

I have people come through my doors all the time and they say "Craig - I watch the news all the time! I know what's going on out there." Then they go on to say "There are a ton of homes on the market, they aren't selling, banks are taking a fire selling these repos" when in fact, in and around Corona we see just the opposite. Prices have gone up 10 - 15% and there's almost no inventory on the market.
