As you might guess these homes on average were priced to sell without a lot seller price concessions. Average time on market was 156 days.

Seven of the 10 homes or 70%, were foreclosed properties which continue to drive both volume and price. The average close price on these 10 homes was $173,804. Average time on market was 138 days.
